This afternoon news of the agency head leaving changes the case. The 9th Circuit will likely say: the person you complained about is gone. We will let the case proceed as it should. There is no need for En banc review.

Politically, neither side will help immigrants get what they want.

Legally, the case currently underway also may not last very long.

In my opinion, the $3K offer on the holidays was the best bet for TPS holders.

Today, April 6, 2026, the Court of Appeals refused to rehear the Nepal TPS case En Banc review and denied the request.

TPS holders, don’t you get it?
