I send some gifts to my family in Nepal through my friend. He said the airport workers cut his luggage and took away the gifts. There were 3 pendants. He said 2 are missing and there is only one left. Where can I make a complaint about this?

So the airport staffs took only two of your pendants after cutting the luggage and none of your friend's stuffs. I bet your friends had lots of valuable stuffs in his luggage. hmmmmm, even a kid can point a finger in a correct direction.....:)

ny2! he said he lost his phone and his other friends products too. I don't think he is lying. May be it just happened. I am not and at him but I am mad at those people working in the airport.

Part of the reason why I prefer shipping package via UPS or FedEx even though it is more expensive is due to the behavior of the Nepali postal workers. They so blatently ask (I would even use the word "demand") for money in Nepal even though everything is paid for, including customs fee.

Theres nothing u or ur fren can do then......
Nepal airport management couldnot even implement the once planned pocketless dresses for staffs as a means to prevent theft. The management kneeled down to those workers' pressure. What happens in our airport stays in our airport.

First of all any valuable thing that has very light weight should not be in checking baggage. Great mistake.
Smarty staff may have taken only or your smarty friends kept two .
