Hello Everyone,
This is Nepali didi providing few guidlines to current TPS holders who are seeking TPS Registration till June 24, 2019. If you can follow few registration procedures step by step properly, you don't need to hire lawyer because all you need is to do few steps carefully.

For TPS extension :
Print and Fill Form I-821
Read Instructions for Form I-821 and Fill I-821 correctly
Print Form G-1145, only if you need E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

For work authorization (EAD) :
Print Form I-765
Read Instructions for Form I-765 and Fill I-765 correctly.
Fill I-765 Worksheet if needed
Print Form G-1145 only if you need E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

NOTE: USCIS has automatically extended the validity of EADs for Nepal, TPS holders with Exp date June 24, 2018, for an additional 6 months through Dec. 21, 2018.
To prove, show the following documentation to your employer/ government agencies:
Your TPS-related EAD with a June 24, 2018 expiration date; and A copy of the Federal Register notice announcing the automatic extension which you can download from their official website https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/temporary-protected-status/temporary-protected-status-designated-country-nepal

For Advance Parole Travel Document :
Print Form I-131 ( you can file it now together or later separately when you intend to travel)
Read Instructions for Form I-131 and Fill I-131 Correctly
Fill Form G-1145, only if you need E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

Once Done, checklist following items :
1. I-821 TPS Application
2. I-765 EAD for Work Authorization (Not Mandatory if you are not working)
3. I-131, Application for Travel Document (Not Mandatory if you don't intend to Travel)
4. G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance (Not Mandatory)
5. Copy of Previous TPS Approval notice
6. Copy of Previous EAD card (if Applying for EAD only)
7. Copy of Previous Travel Document (if Any)
8. Personal or cashier Check/Money order for
$85 (Biometric) + $410 (EAD card) + $575 (Travel Doc)

If you are sending your application by U.S. Postal Service :
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Attn: TPS Nepal
P.O. Box 6943
Chicago, IL 60680-6943

If you are sending your application by A non-U.S. Postal Service courier :
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Attn: TPS Nepal
131 S. Dearborn – 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Its recommended to send your Document Package via USPS because according to official website, USCIS has fully implemented the Secure Mail Initiative (SMI), which uses U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to deliver certain immigration documents pertaining to travel and employment authorization in a safe, secure and timely manner.
SMI provides USCIS customers many benefits, including:
>The ability to track the status of their documents with USPS tracking information
>Quicker delivery—on average, documents sent through USPS Priority Mail should arrive two to four business days sooner than with first-class mail

Above guidance is for individuals with existing TPS holders only, according to my personal knowledge. There may be variations on individual basis. Those who are filing late TPS or those who have different scenarios are recommended to seek profession help and visit official website.
