My job minimum requirement is Associates Degree. However, My employer is ready to file me a GC.
Am i eligible for EB2 or EB3? Any suggestions ? I have my Master Degree In IT from US University.
Or Should I tell them to Change the job deskription? Wages level is higher then the average wage of the city and State.

File EB3. EB3 is better since EB2 numbers run out faster. There is no difference in processing times.

All I'm saying is that applying for EB3 is fine. EB2 doesn't give you anything more.

I applied in EB2 and I was waiting for 3 months until the end of the fiscal year while EB3 was current.

There probably is risk using skilled EB3 in the advertising phase. But, I don't have experience with any of it. Hopefully someone with knowledge there can chime in.
