Bhoonte, you have posted a nice and relevant topic here which all of should read carefully. No one can deny that RK Mainali was a die-hard advocate of democracy in Nepal ever since he came into prominence. He also has a lot of experience, both as a beaurocrat as well as working with people at grassroot level. If he says something, there is a very high possibility that he is telling the truth.
