my boyfriend is an american with italian background. Him and I have been dating for about 2 years now, before that, I was dating this Nepali guy and the reason why I forgot him and dated another guy was because he went to Nepal back then, and he did not expect that i'd be dating anyone either. but now he is back and he wants me but I don't have the guts to tell him that I am dating someone else. I think he really loves me and loved me till now so I really don't wanna break his heart but now I don't love him, I love someone else, I cannot get back to him but hes head over heels in love with me!!! Last time when I went to his place, he even wanted to make out but I told him I had to go, I've been adding excuses and lies to everyone, I know this won't stay for long...i don't know how am i gonna tell him the truth, i'm really scared and worried about his reaction to it!! If you love someone, keep loving him i.e. urs american bf. You have sympathy for nepali guy not love (as u have said u don't love him but..).

Just manage to inform the nepali guy about the truth and continue with your existing relation. But realize that you have hurt some one badly and you deserve to hear whatever he says to you. Just be cool and accept that you have not been faithful to him. You cannot make good at every corner.
