I have heard that multiple submission of DV application will not disqualify the person's application. Is it true? (there can be more than one person whose name and date of birth can match exactly from same country and also i heard most of the people from bangladesh submit more than one application that why their no is too way than nepalese) Is there any one who own the DV lottery by submitting multiple application. Please share your experiance. Thank you in advance.

Incorrect Here is what the official site has to say "All entries by an individual will be disqualified if more than ONE entry for that individual is received, regardless of who submitted the entry. You may prepare and submit your own entry, or have someone submit the entry for you."

Multiple Submission automatically disqualify the candidate for the lottery program. However, with the initial query about the same name, DOB - It's simple to figure out if the person is submitting multiple lottery by looking at their picture which is compulsary with the application as well.

there will be million of applications in the same day. how do they determine who is applying ? I don't think the computer has that kind of feature to recognize identification from photo. Hey Beau, do u really think they will see the pics initially? There will be millions of application? I don't think they have that much time. what i think is If the multiple entries were selected from the lucky draw than they might figure it out. other wise may be not.......

As i far i know, they don't validate at real time. If you submit same application two time the system will give you two submission confirmation message. But they will validate later. Which can be easily done with your photograph if name and date of birth matches. Why don't you try submitting proxy entry and post what happens.... Don't try to confuse anyone else.

few years back, one of my relative used 2 addresses, one po box address in ktm and other one from his village address. the second one he applied using the village address got selected, now he is in us. these days computers are updated, networked and up to date and they can easily fiindout any conflicted application which matches name and date of birth or so. if there are name and date of birth is matching, they process your application manually after they find difference on your pictures. they validate the pictures not only looking at them how it looks but there is some kind of method on which they findout the structure of your facebone, structure. I do not recommend anyone to sumbit multiple application, that will only disqualify your all applications.
