The process is as follows:

1. Get an american girl

2. Get married at Church. Get documentation, pictures.

3. File forms as indicated in USCIS website.

4. Hiring a lawyer may help you. They may charge $1000-$1500.

5. you get green card within a year.

Also, you should marry somebody who can be trusted. If you marry any hood rat, they'll blackmail the balls out of you. You will have to go beyond your means to keep them happy and meet their expensive demands. If you try and reason with them they'll just threaten to file for a divorce. I know a punjabi dude who went through a similar situation.

It takes around 45 days to get work permit n around 120 days to get permanent residency status.

Mr Abodh,  It can take upto a year depending on the primary applicant's eco-socio status. the only problem is to receive A# and everything else would be the same as anyone would do to get here in any types of visa.

It is not early. it is the time ins takse to issue permanent residency status. the only factor that would make the process slightly longer is if you reside in huge states like NY.

Hello sathi, as you are filing I 130 for your spouse, you are the primary applicant. So your job here in US and your documented source of income would be your eco- socio status. im not an expert in this field, however ive few ideas because of self experience and related field of study. So i would say your spouse would receive her visa number ( also called A #) within 4 months. I hope i tried to answer your question.
