Hi guys, Is there a remedy for internet addiction. It is hampering in my work. I just at regular interval will pop up a browser and type nepalnews.com , news.google.com ,cnn.com ,kantipur.com ,fb etc . This is happening in office and home and it is really bad cause it is affecting my office hour and study hour. My job is to work on IT as a software developer and I do really hate of this. Any one has any solution?
