Hey Frens,
One of my fren has B1/B2 visa and he is in Nepal. He already came to USA 2 times just to visit but this time He wanna come to USA and apply for F1 visa from US.So, Do anybody has any idea that how hard it is to get F1 visa from USA from those who has B1/B2 visa. I know its very hard from Nepal to get student visa coz they already issue them Business Visa but I heard from USA its almost certain to get .If anybody knows please help me.

I don't think it's tough to change his status from b1/b2 to f1. Matter of fact, I was here in the state with my b2 tourist vissa for 6 months. After 3 months, i change my status to f1 through community college and it was approved with in another 3 months.
he can only change status to f1, if he needs vissa he needs to go to out of states to apply.
