Really?? It's a shame that we still have to hear these kind of sad news. If I had the authority I would cut the balls of the so called shaman or whatever.
Sorry for the lady's family especially the little one who had to witness such a horrendous act.

 Only 100 years? the last witchcraft trial here in the USA was in 1692. Didn't we skip the most important 'industrialize-age'?
