you have to do it through the government way, get the amoung approved by the government to send the money, and take that piece of paper to the bank with the money, and rest is taken care of.

I am not  sure the government will allow you to send money from nepal to here for a house, i know this is possible for tuition. but you need a document saying that you have to pay so and so amount to pay the tuituon fee..

Im guessing, if you have a document form the bank you are taking loan from, or the company you are buying the home from( any signed and stamped documenation state you need so and so amount to pay ), will work for the government to authorize the payment / or transfer of money.

Or you might as well ask a banker in nepal, they prolly know alot of those stuffs.

If you have source of legal income in US. ( like certified job latter with monthly salary indicated). or other similar source of legal income.
Take that letter to any Nepali bank which allow you to open a dollar account. Open a dollar account in that bank. Ask your relatives to deposit dollar in that account. Ask bank to issue a debit Visa card for you. Come Us with that card. You can withdraw money from US bank.
Limitation in this way is you can not deposit huge sum. Nepali bank will charge you 1% for cash deposit.

This is all legal. This system was introduced for NRN working abroad.  . You show your legal source of income, open an accunt in nepali bank and transfer dollar from your work/business abroad to Nepal. You get 2% interest on your dollar account.
This is one way flow. No one is stopping the flow of money two way. If it was illigal they should have never issued you a debit Visa card.

The tricky part is you have to deposit either dollar or transfer dollar from your forign bank to Nepali bank in Nepal to withdraw dollar abroad. you will be abel to withdraw money in local currency. That means if you have a dollar account in Nepal you will be able to withdraw japanese yen in Japan using your debit visa card. How you get dollar in Nepal ?

Positive side of this system is,  people are taking dollar out of nepal anyway, through illigal means. When you do through banking system
1. money enetrs into banking system which is legal.
2. banks make some money instead of some illigal operator

Yes once the money enetrs into banking system it can be easily tracked. But if your income is Legal you dont have to worry.
Yes offcourse if your money is illigal income then it is illigal everywhere by whatever means you bring them.
Important thing to remeber is this is not for business purpose. This is for personal use only

Here , I am making you guys aware of the services provided by Nepali banks nothing else.

Thanks friends for giving your time and efforts to answer my query. However, I could not get satisfactory answer.
Because to save money in US dollar account in Nepal, either I have to send US dollar from USA or I have to buy the US dollar from black market and still I have to disclose the sources of income. I am intending to bring money not send money.

I was just exploring the opportunities, whereas a legal resident in US, I can transfer my property to USA. I think there is no way, except to depend on money launderer?

The best way to do it is, find someone who's trying to send money to Nepal. So, do the trade. You take dollars here from them, your family will give them Nepali Rupees in Nepal.
Or, you can always use the Hundi system, might not be legal but Nepali law prohibits export of money overseas.
