Under the Common Law of Libel, Slander and Privacy Invasion, the people who have posted the links of Namrata's Sex Scandal Video can be prosecuted if these perpetrator resides in US, for posting information without the authority of the subject, for the purpose of defamation.

The ip-address of the person, including hehehaha/loll  has been tracked and will be given a ultimatum of 24 hrs to remove all those links. The host www.Sajha.com is also under scrutiny and will be questioned for giving rights to people for posting such videos. Sajha.com can be charged for violating the Internet Privacy Law.

 

i don't know wut u really wanna prescribe but let me tell u one thing, the ip ur talkin abt.. wut it can do to arrest somobody, cuz a particular computer cud b shared by different people, n there's nothin to do abt the ip n all... so just don't try to threaten all nepalese out there and also who you are to post such kinda threat... also we're in nepal dude... we don't have anythin to do wid ur US...

Here is what I think should happen:

Under the Common Law of Libel, Slander and Privacy Invasion, only the person directly affected by the aforementioned grivances can file the lawsuit against the person saldering or invading privacy. E.g. If I post the video of Paris Hilton in compromising state, a fan or the brother or even her husband cannot file the lawsuit on her behalf... it has to be her... at least that is my understanding.....
