- While submitting DV lottery form, instead of using my us address, i used my permanent address from nepal ---- Does it matter ?
while submitting your form now use the current address. It doesnt matter what address you had in your entry form
- I was single when i applied for lottery but i'm married now -- How should i include my spouse in further processing of the application?
- Just file as married, it shouldn't be a problem. You can always change your marital status before filing for AOS
- As per dv lottery site, under normal circumstances one should be able to file for change of status from within US --- How about my scenario ? Do i need to go back to nepal ?
- If you are under valid F,J or H visa you should be able to do AOS. But whether you wanna do AOS or consullar processing from back home, the decision is all yours. If you have your case number below 20,000 dont worry about doing CP, just do AOS its pretty easy.

On the rock,
Congrats.As Cajunboy said you don't need to worry about those stuffs. I'd like to share an experience of one of my friends. When he applied for DV, he was single, but when the results were out he was married and by the time he went for interview he had a baby. He didn't have any problem. So cheer up. Congrats once again.

Based on the information provided, the Entry HAS NOT BEEN SELECTED for further processing for the Electronic Diversity Visa program at this time. More entries will be selected in early October 2012, so please keep your confirmation information until at least that time.

@ontherock
First of all Congrats for being DV 2013 selectee. As you I was also so confused last year about what to do next when I was selected. Here are the steps but I filed as a single. But the process is same.
1. Send DSP122 and DS230 to KCC - you can do this right away
2. Wait for second NL from KCC - it will be in your email
3. Send DV Fee to US Department of State, St. Louis, MO
4. You will get DV Fee Receipt back from St Louis
5. Send I-485 to US Department of Homeland Security, Chicago IL
6. You will get USCIS Acceptance with fingerprint notification (when and where)
7. After you get your fingerprint done, you will be scheduled for interview
8. Get your GC in mail -- Cheers !
if you have any question I can help you out , just send me email.

Thank you guys. I really appreciate your valuable suggestions and congratulations.
@Monkey :
So i need to file DS-230 for me as well as my spouse, correct ? How about photos ? I believes photos also go with 122 and 230.
Did you do all the paperwork by yourself or appointed any attorney ?
Definitely, I will be keep bothering you. Please keep checking your mail box. Hope you don't mind helping me out
Once again, Thank you so much monkey for your precise information.

Do exactly what monkey said earlier. I have been through this but I did CP instead of AOS as my case number was high. So, print the forms of DS 230 from USCIS site, fill it out with true information and send it back along with the barcode KCC has mailed you in yellow (Brown) envelope. Then you also need to have 2*2 (2 by 2) photo from Walgreens or Wallmart and Paste it in the DS 230 form and send it to KCC.
Furthermore, If your case number is low i.e., Below 20,000 then AOS will be better because you don't have to fly back to Nepal however you can always go for Cosular processing from Nepal. CP is the easier process than AOS as CP needs very little documents.

Thanks nepalibhandu.
My case number is around 65XX, believe it is not that high.
I think you are talking about first letter (brown envelope). As per my understanding, KCC doesn't send first letter anymore. All i have is a confirmation page from https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ site which states that i have been selected for further processing in DV 2013 lottery and yes it does have a bar code on it. May be, i just need to print it out and send it along with the rest of the documents.
Thanks

@Ontherock, I am talking about the barcode you just mentioned, so don't forget to send the barcode along with DS230. your case number is pretty low so your case number will become current pretty soon. All the best..

Also, do we need to pay two time, one for DV fee to Missouri and one for I485 ?
