Yesto Pani, i live in reston. reston is like 30-40 minutes drive from richmond. its been 4 months i came to this place. there are lots and lots of nepalese family in DC area and in fairfax county. i heard richmond is considerably cheaper than rest. and most of the people here has two jobs, so u can't expect them to have a free time for stranger, even if they are from nepal. you will see more asian, africans, and eurpoeans, and may be few americans. If you are in IT field then u made a right decision by moving here...if not then u might wanna consider changing ur field...that's all i can tell you for now.
