Eheheh Nepe jiu, thank you for the comment. The trek from Pokhara to Rara taal should be commercialized, lots of advertise is needed for this also I think there are not enough wood cottage/hotels/guest house motel in that route. That route alonecan bring 50, 000 extra tourist in Nepal and also will create approx 10000 jobs in the area. and in that route I believe we have loads of different Nepali culture we can make use of it every evening trekkers can enjoy food from different culture. In the beginning this sector requires little bit govts help, like tax exemption and security may be for first 5 yrs. I duuno how much this route is in use these days. This will create a chain reaction in different trekking sector and private sector will invest on it. This just one of the several possibilities. Scenic view outside the sauna, This is an artificial lake, ppl do fishing here. After sauna ppl eat Koran Bbq in the restaurant enjoying the scene.

"SANGEPSAAL" had been my favourite food all the time. I just liked the way it is eaten, wrapped in a lettuce leaf with a raw garlic and special sauce (I forget the name, looks like golbhedako achaar)
____ thanks for nice pictures. You make me nostalgic.

I was thinking not to post too many pics , but looks like ppl are interested. Nepal ki chhori In my opinion the secret of Korean dishes is the fomented soya they use in their soup/achar and othe preparation. every time after sauna I had the korean bbq. Its different than the western bbq, small portion of meat you put on lettuace and other leafs, to that they add garlic, achar (golvedako with formented soyo which adds to the flavour of achar) hariyo khursani wrap the meat and eat, the taset is wonderful and at the same time you arte eating very healthy. regarding the sangespaal i dont quite remember the dish. most of the korean food is formented so they have lesss starch and with meat they eat almost equal amount of vegetables this could be a secret of slim koreans. happy Dasain to you too. sajhaheroo Yes you arte right Korean landscape resembles nepali landscape. I think they have 60% hilly are like in Nepal. I will try to put some more pics. Nepe jiu khoi kina ho hami nepali haru herna aprney thau ma naherera naherna parney thau ma herchau, jana parney thau ma nagayera najana parney thau ma janchau aani garna parney kaam nagarera nagarna parney kaam garchau. Pasaa Chhu kha, chha na aanye la. To add to the pasaa's effort mask dance in andong village.

____, exactly, the secret might be the fermented foods. The fermented soyabean is smelly to us but it is pretty healthy as amino acids leached out of it. Sangepsaal is grilled pork eaten the way you have explained. All restaurants have gas or coal bbq set right on your table and you can just start making sangepsaal.
By the way, ____, when and where were you in Korea? (I am assuming you are no longer there). May be we know each other.
Keep posting more pictures.

Nepal ki Chhori and SajhaKohero Thanks for your interest. I never lived in Korea permanently. My first visit to Korea was in 2003 then in 2004, 05 and 06 every time not more than sex weeks. and every time to a city near Jiksi temple, the place is about 200 km far from Seoul. I do not speak Korean. I was there during July to October period. while in Seoul I spend most of the time in Itawan. Nepalki chhori in Korea I met only one Nepali guy, he used to be a western style breakfast cooker in the hotel. and specially to Sajhako heroo Korean are very sensitive about their money, they work very hard and they expect foreigner to work harder than themselves. It is very important to know Korean language to find a good job there and English is must if yo are looking for better paying job. Country is very nice, varieties of food. Food is cheap. Electronics and cloths are expensive. I found one Pakistani guy who was involved in construction business and he used to run a Pakistani restaurant in the evening. I think western style cooking, hotel desk manager are the good job available for foreigners nepe ji Nepal ma ki ta beskari paisa chahincha, paisa navaye political ashirbad chaincha yo dui madhey ek navaikana kaam garna ekdaaam garoo chha tara pani nasakiney chhhi hoina. Aaba origional idea ta dherai Auuchha tara khoi samaye le sath nadela jastoo chha. ek taal ma USA ko San Antonio, Texas ghumi rakoo thiyee ke idea aayoo vaney pokhara lake dherai chhan tyo sabai lake haru lai joodney 50m wide ra 2 m deep canal banauney ra tyo canal ko dubai trafa torist sahar basauney. meroo bichar ma yesoo gadra lagvaag 100 km lammo canal banauna parcha different lakes lai jodeara Tyo canal ma manchey haru le kayaking garchan, nasakney haru boat ma ghumchan, aali paisaa huney haru moter boat ma majja linchaan. Sajhakoheroo Night life in Korea is fairly good specially in Itawan ( they call it foreigners street). I visited Korea not for fun but travel was related to work so everything was very packed. very little free time and during that free time Korean organized all these tours/hiking etc so had no free time. Korea is riligously tolarant country its very common to have parrents budhist and kids christian but thye live peacefully. Koreans emphasis on cleanliness, in my hotel room with kitchents I had different slippers for toilet/kitchent/room itself it was soo confusing. Jiksi temple Park, a local tourist attraction.
