This whiner says listed price of the first item is Rs. 233 but he was charged Rs. 251

And then he says listed price of the second item is Rs 134 but charged Rs 146.

Finally, he blames boldly that Bhatbateni charged him 10% extra on top of the listed price. 

This is his math. EPIC FAIL, he's a damn liar :D 

10% of 233 is Rs.23.30 but the difference according to him is Rs 18

10% of 134 is Rs 13.40 but the difference according to him is Rs 12

So, how the hell this is 10% extra charge?? 

I've two reasons why this happened: 
1. barcode scanner went kaput.

2. the teller was totally anti-indian that he thought he would charge these bastards little over than the listed price.

Whatever reasons, Bhatbateni is our only Nepalese born International standard SuperMarket. Price is obviously gonna be expensive there and I've been to Bhatbateni supermarket many times and I had always compared my receipt with the item's tag, never found any discrepencies.

So, my dear brothers and sisters, if you have little bit brains left, use that first before making hoot comments to our own bazaar and believing rascals like these on the videos. Please use your brain.

Bhatbhateni is giving employment to so many people.
They are taking money from rich who wants to pay extra and giving employment with that money. About paying tax to government,it is government job to calculate it. None of our business to calulate tax of each and every company.

Do you know how much your gas station pay in tax? how much walmart pay in tax? Do you think they don't hide profit?

I went to Nepal recently.   And I found a big problem. Everybody has opened a superstore rather than a Kirana pasal.    In superstore you can put any price and tag it to the item.   so you cannot bargain.  It will be fixed. You pay what's written.   Every superstore had its own price. There is no market uniformity.


I remember i went to buy a chocolate called Ferero in one of the supermarket near Jawlakhel.  The marked price was around 765 rupees.   I went to bhatbhateni and found same chocolate for 960. I also checked in one small superstore it was 890 rupees.

I am not saying bhatbhateni is expensive. There might be an item that may be cheaper than other stores. But in Nepal there is no consistency.

I was surprised that most of our retailers kept the price consistent for this long.

Ya'll missing the point here.. The store is charging extra 10% on top of the sticker price. If you gonna jack up the price, jack it up on the sticker price. why add 10 % on top of that? I find this ridiculous.

The gas station you are working pays you salary from the profit they get. Ask them if they are doing the right thing? They are also hiting goli and giving you all job. Hahahaha.
Join business school, you all will know abc of business. How the company is run? Monopoly, oligopoly blah bla.

Cheating is justifiable in our country because:
- it provides employment
- the accusser happened to be from the race we hate
- the business owner is from the race we love
- that's what everyoneelse is doing in Nepal
- that's what I learned in business schools
- the accuser was not able to calculate the exact amount he got cheated
- if the cheater get punished, jobless rate will increase
- other great country were developed because of these kinds of cheating
 
Hence, it's proved that cheating is always justifiable.
