It's kind of funny to read so many posting full of hatred for someone who is in trouble, as if the guys who posted those comments would not get laid if they had a chance,,lets say an underaged girl,,perhaps a nepali girl,,and even better in nepal,, where there is no possible threat of being scrutinized for such act.. As far as my knowledge goes on this matter caucesian girls look much older at a very early age compared to nepali or asian girls,,and more voluptous ...and bla bla bla..and at the same time a lot of them end up deflowering themselves before they actiuallly reach legal age that they would be permitted to have SEX..perhaps with a fellow classmate...It just that this kind of matter never gets publicized by those who do it..and I am sure a lot of you guys who are posting comments here must have done it too or have felt all kinds of stuff for a hot chick without considering her age,,,

Another thing i am sure about guys from Nepal is that they would never go for a girl who looks like a kid (meaning a girl who looks like 14 years old nepali girl--most of you guys know how they look at that age,,not as good as when they are 20 or 21 or,,,) It's just that the girls over here grow too fast,,I guess it is hard for american authorities to understand that people from that part of the world do not have tendencies of being pedophiles or gays..(perhaps a few psychos are)..but are mere bokas,,,most of it due to the society where a lot this stuff is considered a taboo..

By the way, most state laws will take AGE DIFFERENCE into consideration. Generaly the age difference cannot be more than 3 years.

I am back again to disagree with this way of catching criminals. No matter what you say, there was no minor involved in the incident. When someone acts like a minor and manages to trick someone they may deserve an applause for being good actors, and thats about it.

Mr. Bista's case is a good example that depicts the fallacy of this method of catching "criminals." It was because of entrapment that someone was made to drive 5 hours. If Mr. Bista had ill intentions and would go out of his way to molest a CHILD, do you really think there are no kids around where he lives for his lust? The fact that he drove 5 hours says that he was lured and convinced that it was ok to go there expecting sex. Mr. Khaobadi, is this what you call a representation of a minors mentality? Mr. Bista doesnt have a degree in some crazy detective work that he could find out the address to the place. It was given to him. All minors give out address that easily?

This is no way a good representation of reality. People like Chris Hansen is preying on fear. He brings the fear home to each and everyone of us by saying "it can happen to you." What he fails to address is that if a kid goes on the internet, pretends like a loose skank and invites sex upon onself may be theres a gross failure on parenting. May be thats where the effort should be directed, not towards trying to make a criminal - a criminal who is willing to drive 5 hours into a set up. I ask those people if its criminals they are catching then how come 95% of them are first time offenders. Or, why did they wait till their 30s or 50s to committ a crime like this. May be this show is generating more criminals.

Its a shame that people fail to see that. Its a bigger shame and we are accepting this circus with beliefs that it will make our society a better place to live in.

I really felt sorry as I saw his BODY LANGUAGE turning dramatically with full of ANXIETY and worry which he might have not thought even in the darkest nightmare..!!! When Chris Hansen introduced himself Mr Bista lamented as if the WHOLE WORLD had fallen on his head... Poor him............Alas!!! everyone here in SAJAH making fun of him.....well he is a Nepali after all......I watched that video many times. But I ask myself even after watching the show just a day ago, how dared he meet her for SEX......?? Anyway, let him leave alone and I wish him good luck for less punishment.....!!!!

For those, who are dying for sex in WESTERN society, my only advise is get a GF or at least SEX partner. Ive seen most of Nepalis suffer from a disesae called "nO girl friend" and most of the times they squander in porn sites and some of them get trapped like Mr Bista.
