if anyone could answer me.. i have an EAD but my visa and EAD expiring on June 2016. Has TPS been approved for anyone already having anEAD ????

I have not heard anyone whose TPS is approved who has EAD already approved. Please share if anyone has same issue. If your TPS is not approved in 90 days, you can create a service request. I doubt if you get EAD if you already have one unless you surrender that previous EAD and request for EAD through TPS. Your EAD is based on the legal immegration status, if 140 is pending or 485 is pending. You are not suppose to use EAD if your status is invalid. So, even if your EAD is valid until June 2016, and do not maintain status like I said (approved or pending case of 140/485), you are not suppose use that EAD. Hope you understand.

I am wondering if someone is applying TPS without EAD, does that person need to send 2 photographs or not?

Yes I have applied TPS without EAD, and you do need to send 2 copies of photographs. This is only because no matter you want EAD or not, you still got to submit I-765, which requires 2 photos, and without submitting I-765, your application for TPS will not be processed.

@taremam_bhai I am in a dependent Visa and I already have an EAD. So I don't want it right now. But as its expiring on June 2016 both visa and EAD I don't have any other way out so need to apply for TPS..
@ Esmen Pls update once ur TPS gets approved whts ur current TPS status..
