there are lots of movers. https://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=Cheap+Movers&find_loc=Flushing%2C+Queens%2C+NY ususally if you can pack stuff up. 2 guys van and 1 hr work would cost about 100-200 bucks. May be a good time to be friends with someone. Also lots of craigslist listings are there. Dont pay until work is done though.

Expect to pay around 500 or more for movers. If you google movers in nyc, you will find a bunch.
