Would you know if there are options to get Fiddleheads in Texas? Niuro or Ningro (Fiddlehead fern) is one of the most popular wild vegetables widely consumed all over Nepal. I heard month of April May is the season.

@logan where did you buy it? We used to get it in Russo's at Watertown, MA but the shop is closed forever. Tried the packaged one from H-Mart and is not that tasty.

According to Bostonian friend he goes to Market Basket and surprisingly their price is just 6.99 per pound. Chinese grocery stores may sell it? I live in different state and paid 15.99 per pound.
