She can apply for a visitor visa. If you sponsor her, it will be even easier.

Its hard to get tourist visa from Singapore.Lot of Nepalese go ther to apply for US visa because Nepalese do not need visa to singapore.

If you are US citizen then you may sponser her and she may get visa other wise its hard.

Ask her to move to Australia and then she can apply from there. Its very easy to get US visa from Australia.

Hope this helps.

Well, I am not aware how easy or difficult to get a visitor visa from Singapore or Australia. I don't think it will be too difficult if we are well prepared. If it is really difficult; then she can apply a visa from Nepal. You don't have to be a US citizen to sponsor. Any one on legal status can sponsor a visitor provided that the sponsor is financially secured.
A visitor gets a multiple entry visa that is good for 5 yrs. but s/he can stay in US up to 6 months without any problem. It is not too difficult to extend another 6 months of stay which means your gf can stay with you upto 12 months each visit. Then she will have to leave US for a while before she can re-enter for another 6 months. I don't know what your current visa status is. If you are on a non-tourist visa and on a good legal status, you should be able to petition her for a dependent visa if you guys get married. I hope these info will help you. Take care

With necessary documents (like sponsor letter, evidence of enough funding) in hand; she should be able to get a visitor visa within 2-3 days. She shoud check with the US Embassy or Consulate in Australia for the precise information. My personal suggestion: get well prepared for any possible question at the visa interview so that a visa is not denied. Once a visa is denied; it will be recorded in their system and things will get more complicated.

darkside bro, it will be cartainly easier for you guys if you go to Singapore and get married at a court before applying for a dependent visa. I don't see any problem her getting a dependent visa from Singapore or elsewhere. Best wishes!
