investment portion of the partner, s/he shall receive the portion of

I know what I am trying to do!! There are a lot of  business
opportunities. However, before the business is started, one needs to
know the total capital, based on which the financial structuring can
be done. This is just a preliminary testing.

We do not trust even the established corporation, why should we to you? Investing on your undecided business nothing but hunting in Tudikhel and at night. Just the wastage of  time money and effort.

You should give us your prospectus and line of business, no body is going to take your idea because it is not Nepal every one will copy you. It is like Atlantic ocean, if we try can get bigger fish than your target.

best of luck with your future business but I would have to agree with Syanjali. I know that does sound pessimistic and conservative, but when you have to do actual business instead of just an idea in your head, you have to minimize risk and think of the worst possible outcomes beforehand so that you are prepared when the contingencies hit -- and hit they will.

So what Syanjali was saying, I am pretty sure everyone feels the same way. The people who have agreed right now will back out later on when it comes to the actual doing time. So unless you have a sound business plan and strategy you achieve nothing by asking a question just for the sake of asking. If you want to convince people, you need a sound plan and cold hard facts and not just a lot of air.
