It is hard to find a job with direct company with just 1 year of Experience in your field. There are so many indians with fake resume that shows 5 years of experience and they're the one who end up getting those IT jobs. You might have to go through that route. ie. through IT consultancy. They will open the door for you and after few years you can get a Job easily. I know its bad to apply through consultancy because of horrible stories you hear all the time but without them its hard to survive in IT field. They have positive as well as negative consequences , you just have to choose the right one !

Bro, As I know, don't go with third party job seach company. just visit official website and apply for the job. For example,
http://www.apple.com/jobs/us/startsearch.html
http://twitter.com/jobs
http://www.facebook.com/careers/?ref=pf
https://adobe.taleo.net/careersection/2/jobsearch.ftl?lang=en
http://www.google.com/intl/en/jobs/index.html
http://careers.microsoft.com/gclp.aspx
http://www.appcelerator.com/company/jobs/
https://dell.taleo.net/careersection/2/jobsearch.ftl?lang=en
best of luck bro...

another method is search in twitter. and keep in mind, keep research on your skill and make a good project then you search the job. it's very important to show your skill ( make your own project) that they can feel you are an expert. so, don't hurry to search the job make yourself strong.
again good luck'
