Apparently there is a contest going on in Hell which involves recognizing the Worst Dressed Dictator of All Time. The early favorite was the "new kid in town", Muhammar Gaddafi who had been soaking up all the attention until this breaking news came about.

When he heard of all the hoopla, Kim Jong-Il was immediately convinced he had a pretty good shot at the coveted title. On December 16th, he firmly decided that he will participate in "the Fair". He departed for Hell on December 17 to be on time for the great showdown which is scheduled for December 31st. The fashion pundits are already speculating Gaddafi's heart must have sunk upon learning of the even newer new-kid-in-town's entry, that is Kim Jong, who is known to preside over the grandest of military parades in his PAJAMAS.

It is also learnt that the other formidable participants include Indira Gandhi, Osama Bin Laden, and Pol Pot to name a few.

I was expecting the above thread to be funny.
