EB2 bata Green Card pauna kati lagcha hola?

Any body have done ther process recently?

Aba paisa sodkheko ho bhane ta depends. lawyer hire garne ho ki nai.. ho bhane kasto lawyer ho? lawyer anusar ko jyala ra USCIS ko dastur gari jamma jammi 5K+ lagna sakchha.

Aba time ko kura garne ho bhane. Nepal ko EB2 priority date current chha. Aja ni process suru garyo bhane aja ko miti bata 6 mahina dekhi 1 barsa samma lagna sakchha provided hajur ko background safa chha bhane.

 How about EB3?? whats the wait for EB3?? any chances of it being current?? also does having a bad credit lessen ur chances for H1 approval??? I'm having my h1 sponsored this year...on OPT right now....plus is it a risk to go for stamping with bad credit??I have arranged a payment plan with a collection company and paying every month.... I have full time job with an American company..just for records..but my credit is a bit screwed up at the moment...

EB3 is a mistry. You are looking at at least 6 - 10 years of time.  I am hearing about this new HR 3012 bill. If that bill somehow makes it's way to the president desk and become a law then that would be a disaster for nepali EB3.

Bad credit does not have any thing to do with immigration. Sometimes bad credit leads to a civil court case and will show on your background. But civil penalties do not affect immigration process.  So do not worry about it. However it is always good to repair your credits. Potential employers do check credit background.
