Some of you might find it insulting but I couldn't stop laughing.

Frankly speaking I don't even think the guys sounds like Nepali- the guys  is suppose to sound like Nepali but he fails to convince me. Where is the Nepali accent ?

Here is what the actors and actress do to sound like any native speaker.

I like Johny Lever but his caricature in that video is some of the worst piece of acting I have seen in a long time. Perhaps he should take lessons from Santosh Pant who caricatures Indians far better than Lever has been able to caricature Nepalis.

It's supposed to be funny.I agree with CH, the caricature was not of johnny lever's calibre.
There is no need to be offended with the video. The stereotype always exists.
Take for instance in US, the indians are categorized as Motel owners and Gas station owner. However, that does not mean the comprehensive Indian population either own gas station or motels.
