I am also trying to find some for me but then i figure out that its very hard to find CPA exam materials....

Guys, if you are looking for US-CPA materials, try willey-cpa materials which I found best for the first attempt because willey is the cheapest. Try www.amazon.com. If you could not pass in first attempt, then willey might not be enough because exams becomes harder and harder and grading systems becomes more saturated if your attempts increases.

Be sure that 2008 materials has been changed especially in FARE, AUDIT and REG. If you have more questions regarding US-CPA, ps feel free to contact me.

By the way, how is the scope of US-cpa in the USA? I live outside of the USA, do not have US-degree but passed all 4-parts of US-CPA with good grading. Any suggestion to look for job from outside? I will have only tourist visa to US with multiple entries.

I heard Baker is the best for CPA preparation. Japan ji, if you have work permit and CPA certificates, its not hard to find a job. your compensation depends on your work experience.

    Thanks, I do not know what does 'work permit' mean in the USA.

Could you suggest me whether I should work first to find a job or to get a work permit?  I still do not understand how to apply for a work permit without having a job offer? I have bachelor in economics from Japan, US-CPA (all parts passed) and tree years experience in Japan. Is it possible to find any work there?

All Becker materials expire a year from installation. They're definitely the best but if you're looking to buy from somebody who's already used it, be careful.
