My pomegranate tree is healthy and normally give good fruit. This time it is getting over riped in trees. yesterday i make sure to drop off all the rotten ones to discard the bad ones and tried few they are tasty but the seeds are small

add organic fertilizer when they are about to produce flowers (of course, too late for this year). pump up the gibberelin supply (it can be added even now). but be careful not to add too much as it is inhibitory to ethylene production.
