We are married over 10 years with kids and we love each other very much. We are in USA. Before marriage she had a boyfriend in Nepal. After marriage, she had even told me about him and said everything was over. I was okay with it. Recently I found out that they are still in touch with each other for the past 2+ years. He is still in Nepal married with kids. They talk at least once or twice a week. I never had a clue and I am sure his wife also don't have a clue. My wife says they are just friends, and she only loves me.

Is it called having an affair? They are not physical but I am sure they still love each other. Why and what would they be talking about?

This is what happens if you marry others girlfriend.

On serious note, create an environment that she will be busy (job or social service) and have no time to do any BS. And you try to spend some more time with your wife.

Different couples have different arrangements. What is acceptable to you might not be acceptable to another couple. What counts is that the spouse shouldn't break each other's trust and not do something that is not acceptable to their partners.

Talking to your ex is a sensitive topic. If you were in the dark all this time then I see it as an issue, but others might not. Are you okay with her talking to him even if they aren't in love with each other? You might be okay with occasional hi-hello but are you okay with her talking in a regular basis, specially when you are not there?

Let's assume you aren't. Now is she going to be okay cutting him off completely? If not, why? Can't she have other friends to discuss things with? Let her know this is not cool with you. How would she feel if you were chatting with you ex, behind her back? You need to explore these thoughts and discuss it openly with her. I think what happened is not cool but it is not the end of the relationship; as long as you both agree on the future course of action and follow-up on it.

If I were you, I wouldn't be okay with the fact that my wife is in touch with her ex in regular basis behind my back. I would make this clear to my wife and ask her to stop this. But even after my requesting her, she doesn't stop chatting with her ex, it would mean that she doesn't care about my feelings. In a marriage, if one or both of the spouses begin to ignore or hurt each other's feelings, then that marriage, in my opinion, is dysfunctional. But you decide whatever your heart says is right.

I have seen some married men crying in sajha thesedays. Some whose wife left them in Nepal and some whose wife chatting with ex bf. I think most married men would have affair with any woman if they had a chance. Have some balls and know how to control your women.

yes.. treat her like a queen.. and fu.c.k her like a slut.

Am sure you aren't being able to realize both of these two bitter truths I just mentioned above else she would have never wandered around. At least, f.u.ck her gently, respect her(spend more time with her, don't be typical nepalese men, share her works, keep giving surprises to her). if u don't do her good in bed, she treats you like no man.. and me can feel the way she's doing right in front of you calling her ex. etc., that's little condescending to you as a husband. my words are little harsh, but just think.. it's a reality.. they only wander when they don't get enough love both physical and emotional. most women are 80% emotional being. care her, me knows it's worrisome. there are ways to get urself in track else you'll lose her sooner or later to some other guy.

Saturday morning I got up early, quietly dressed, made my lunch, and slipped quietly into the garage. I hooked up the boat up to the van and proceeded to back out into a torrential downpour. The wind was blowing 50 mph, so I pulled back into the garage, turned on the radio, and discovered that the weather would be bad all day.
I went back into the house, quietly undressed, and slipped back into bed. I cuddled up to my wife's back; now with a different anticipation, and whispered, "The weather out there is terrible."
My loving wife of 5 years replied, "And, can you believe my stupid husband is out fishing in that?"
And that's how the fight started...
