How to fight with depression? Kei garnai maan lagdain since i completed my undergrad kaam pani khasai payena and lot of things to do but may be due to deression kei garnai sakirako chaina. What to do next nai chaina life ma. Please suggest if any of you been through same phase.

There comes a time in everybody's life where depression kicks in. But, do not worry. There is a way out from this. I recommend you do Sirsasana at least for 15 minutes every day (Caution: Savasana must be done after Sirsana). After sirsasana and savasana, sit in a comfortable blanket or mat either in sukhasana, siddhasana or padmasana. Then after resting for some time, do some Pranayama. Just do 3 simple pranayamas. These 3 are simple and yet very powerful. 1) Do Bhastrika 2) Do Kapalbhati 3) Do Anulom Vilom. Then take some rest. After this, do So Hum meditation. Close your eyes, place your palms facing up making gyan mudra in your knees. Spine erect, bring your awareness to your breath. Feel the inhalation and feel the exhalation. During inhalation chant "So" mentally and during exhalation chant "Hum" mentally. Meditate at-least for 30 min. everyday. After you do all this for a month, you will experience a drastic change in you. Also, start drinking lemon tea every morning till your depression goes away. Do all this with moderate diet and green leafy vegetables, you should be fine within a month.

How bad is it? Is it really a depression or just procrastination due to confusion?

Regular practice of these 3 pranayama will make you super healthy. Not only depression, but many diseases will be cured. Through regular practice, your kundalini shakti will also awaken. All your charkras will be balanced and you will experience spontaneous joy. Meditating after pranayamas will take you to a deeper experience in meditation.

Not only you, I have depression too. I don't like to work. I couldn't wake up at even 11 am to go to school. Depression hurts. I sometimes feel like wish I would die rather than living like this.

that is not depression
that is called laziness
depression bhako living beings even couldn't sleep..in your case you couldn't wake up after sleep and that's because you are lazy to go to work
or you sleep very late.

@ least 7-8 hours sleep each day @ least 4-5 days in a week is necessary.

sojoketo, i can't sleep until 7 or 8 in the morning. Every time I try to sleep my mind is very active and so many things come to my mind like replay of what happened in the past and earlier, like little stuff like incidents about what happened with who this and that. I workout too and i do workout late like 2 am in the morning until 4:30 am and then I can't sleep until 12 pm. I have to smoke hydro weed to calm my brain activities.

Malai pani depression ca jasto chha, I don't like to work at all, I don't get attracted even through job pays 100k plus, and at the same time some see next mile stone. Sala depression nai va jasto chha, tara nindra chau lagchha hai majha ley.

Its a misconception that people with depression can't sleep. Oversleeping is a common feature among people suffering with depression. Please seek help from medical professionals and trust that you can get out of it just like any other medical problem

Your thoughts are not you. Your mind , which should be your best tool is taking charge of your emotions and being your master. Your mind should be your servant, like your hand , or feet. You use it when you want it and then keep it when you don't. But on the other hand, your mind produces thoughts , hundreds of thoughts through out a day and those voices make you depress. because majority of those voices are negatives. Why? because for mind, ego is everything. mind just wants to make sure then image of you it has is intact so it keeps sending thoughts to you to confirm your identity. But that is just mind, who are you then if you're not your mind? you're are the soul, you are the part of God. There is a inner stillness inside you. Immense peace. In outer life you're seeking for that peach trying to fill that hole and you trying to accomplish that by job, women, and different kind of pleasure but that whole is only filled by exploring the inner peace. You need to meditate and find that inner peace inside you, that peace is the best, when you have that you have it all in the world and more.
so how do you reach your soul and the inner peace? by shutting your mind. when you mediate slowly the thoughts start slowing down and finally they stop. It is then you will get the glimpse of your inner stillness , the inner peace and finally you can live with it all the time. because once you see it even for a moment, then you know what it is and that it is the only real thing. the best practice is the mindfulness meditation, because it teaches you how to live in the present. When you live in the present, which is the only time that exists. Then you won't worry about future or you won't regret about past. Then your mental chattering will slow down and finally will have no influence on you.

this is what buddha, said, what Eckart tolle, Deepak chopra, and Osho said. the inner stillness and peace is that Jesus and all the major messangers wanted to pass on but over the time was misintrepeted by the people . This is the real essence of every releagion. like the oracles in the delphi said the answer is within you.

Please please please read the book "power of now" by eckhart tolle, it will set you free. see some videos on youtube. Like Osho said, it's right there but you're searching it everywhere and getting depressed and anxious.
remember, if you live in the past, you're living in depression, if you live in future, you're living in anxiety, if you live in present you're happy so , live in present by doing mindfulness.

Geda justo malai pani dep chha justo chha. Jun office gaye pani jhyau lagchha. I go to bed around 11 but generally wake up at around 4 or 5. Tyaspachi nindra lagdaina ra 2 hrs jati pachi ekai choti nindra lagchha. Uthda its already like 8:30. Office pugda 9:30. Haakim aisakeko hunchha. Ani office ma 5:30 bhanda uta basna maan nai lagdaina. Haakim le bhanna ta kehi bhandaina but afai lai jhayou lagchha. Next day ali chado gayo pheri pahila kai taal. Gym suru garyo week ko 1 choti gayo tyaspachi jaanai maan lagdaina. Chhakai justo bhayo jindagi pani.
