guys need help -EAD got approved in October 8th, but my TPS is not approved yet.my B2 visa is going to end in Jan 10th, what I need to do if my TPS not going to approve up to jan. do i need to leave USA or there is other options which i can do but i do not want to be liiegeal here .

EAD to be approved and mailed and i already got driving liscence, state ID but while TPS application is still not approved?
Already got EAD 2 month ago, but status for TPS application stuck at "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" since oct first week.
my b2 visa going to finish next month, if my tps will not approved , what will be the options, please replay me and suggest me best way., i do not want to be illegal in this country.
i heart lot of people tps not approved for long time but i do not have choice. so advise me please.

@RKY, As long as your status is pending you are legal even-though your Visitor visa is expired. You can continuously start working with your EAD. If your TPS is denied, then its a different story !! good luck.

i did not provide any supportive document, i just mentioned that i wanted to visit my family and celebrate tihar at home in nepal which i haven't been able to for past 7 years. According to my attorney, 'visiting family' is sufficient explanation.
since i wanted to visit Nepal mainly to celebrate tihar, i put 11/5/15 as date of intended departure (because tihar started from 11/9 this year) and my advance parole was issued with validity from 11/05/15 - 02/06/16, which is only 3 months. i am also given multiple entry permit for this time period so i am allowed to travel to nepal more than once within this 3 month time period. someone i know also applied for advance parole through tps and his advance parole has validity of 1 year.
it took 1 month for them to issue advance parole for me.

1)Why did uscis gave you only for 3 month. Do you have any idea what they will see while issuing AP for the time period.

yes, i already traveled with AP - experience wasn't bad - i was a little anxious mainly because i haven't received TPS approval yet, but i knew that i was allowed to use AP since i had consulted with my attorney and also with an immigration officer at local USCIS office - most of the people at the airport and even at immigration checkpoints aren't aware of advance parole - they were confused and asked me what it was - after i tried explaining they would go ask someone else (supervisor i believe) and then they would let me pass. so it was a bit annoying, not as smooth as having visa, but it was fine

Any new TPS approvals?
My case status for TPS is still stuck at "Fingerprint fee received" since Sept. 17
EAD was delivered Oct. 18
Starting to get a little worried now...

i already had EAD through my J2 visa and I applied for TPS but not EAD. My TPS approval is pending and previous EAD will expire in May.
Will my previous EAD auto extended after TPS gets approved?
if not can I apply for new EAD after TPS gets approved??

@tymes, you cant use your J1 EAD after its expiration if you didnt file TPS EAD. You dont have to wait for TPS approval to file EAD

agree with damauli_guy , J1 and EAD are seperate statuses ...so you will need to file a separate EAD via TPS.

Hey guys,
I am filing my TPS today and do not need an EAD.
As suggested in USCIS site, I should not check any of the three boxes at the top of Form I-765 where it states “I am applying for".
Beside that, do I need to fill every single information like if I am applying for an EAD?

Questions 12 a. asks if I have removed or deported which I answered "No".
Following questions 12 c and 12 d doesn't apply since I answered "No" in 12 a.
So, should I leave 12 c and 12 d empty or should I answer as "No" in both?
Please let me know guys.

I completed the biometrics on Dec 14 and received the EAD within 2 days. Not sure about the TPS case.
