It's been almost 90 days since I applied for TPS and work permit, it keeps getting delayed. How long yours took to get it or is somebody in the same boat? Did anyone have to go for biometrics?

I wonder what's going on.

Unfortunately, Trump is NOT the president right now, if he is, then all immigrants, TPS holders, will blame him for all these delays at the immigration processing and all others issues.

You are not the priority. Priority is the 9.8 million people who crossed the border within these 3 years. And how to provide EAD for them right away.

Trump also said Asian blood is poisoning America, like Hitler did. Any thoughts on that @sexyInSari? Thats why they need more immigration judge and republicans don't want to help with immigration, trump said to stall not to make a deal with democrats 

still pending, my DL expires on coming May, planning to go next week to DMV with the receipt i have to see if i can renew that way......anyone tried to renew their DL using receipt ? does it work

I applied for DL renewal before expiration and they send in the mail without any questions it was 2020.

Thanks for the response, I am going to next week to dmv, hope they can just use receipt to extend my DL, i don’t have new EAD or new TPS approved yet, just pending
