We're all for breaking down barriers and ensuring that using sex toys is no longer considered taboo but rather a pleasurable and safe way to have fun with your significant other.

This is the reason we asked you to be honest with us to find out where you store your sex toys when you're not using them, that is.

When we posed the question, 1,009 respondents of various ages in the UK "fessed up," which allowed us to get a clear image of where they preferred to keep their sexy treasure in the house.

A secret box was by far the most popular hiding spot for sex toys, as nearly half of all respondents (47%) acknowledged.

The most well-liked places to hide those boxes from curious eyes were under the bed, in drawers, on top of or inside closets, and even inside a locked box. Nine percent of respondents even went so far as to lock up their sex toys in a coded safe.

Another common concealing spot was furniture 34% of respondents said they kept their sex toys in a nightstand or knickers drawer.

A total of 17% of individuals would rather store their toys in a bag of any kind, including purses, travel bags, and makeup cases.

11% of respondents claimed they keep them in a pillowcase or beneath a pillow, while 4% suggested they stuff them in a shoe or plush toy.

Who says that when it comes to hiding stuff, we aren't creative?
