When they enter your name and DOB, they will have all the records since you applied for F1. So I think it is unlikely that you will get away with. Even if you do get away, the mistake you made during your F1 visa application will haunt you later. They might even revoke the green card. So, first fix the mistake you made. First submit divorce certificate with your "current wife" (even though it is just in paper, they have it in your record), then you are clean.
