I am working for US employer and on CPT which I will continue as OPT from August 28th. I was wondering what should I do regarding TPS as I am a Nepali citizen and I meet all the requirement for TPS. which way should be good for me for future. should I Just continue my OPT and extend it (27 Months) or go for TPS? thanks in advance for your suggestions

Mr. Bikesh, take few minutes of your busy schedule, and browse back sajha discussions, especially the ones after June 24th. There are Tons of them, and many will address your situation. I am sure, with your Master's degree, you are well qualified to paraphrase them. Let us know, if none of them make sense to you. Go for TPS!

Why do you want to apply for TPS if you can get OPT after Aug 2015. I do not see any benefits.

@ Chaurisaya, if you think you will not get a job in your own field, then TPS EAD is good. As it allows to work in any field. Otherwise it's your risk to take it and what happens at the end of the TPS period as well filing H1B and GC process.
