Irrespective of the post from the guy that counts backwards :-)...which should be enough of a clue as to progression of thought...go see the movie.

The acting by Ledger, Gyllenhall and Michelle Williams is excellent (evidenced by the sweeps in nominations for oscars and every other awards show)..it's not a very fast paced movie, so if you prefer movies that have high impact scenes, you may come away dissappointed in that respect.

The Cinematography is brilliant and that combined with the story and the acting all make this a must see film...provided that you aren't prejudiced against the alternative lifestyle that people have the right to live.

yeah go see the movie if u like fags getting their hard on...may be u might get an orgasm too. looks like Nepaali gets wet everything anyone even mentions the name of the movie.

Thanks Nepaali dude, it seems u liked the movie a lot. I also love slow paced things in life which teach us to be tolerant and understand life better. Watchin BROKEBACK MOUNTAION could be good experience as uve mentioned.

It's a good movie overall!! I didn't want to go too much in depth in understanding their "relationship"; however the joint on-surface performance is superb! You'd get to feel Heath Ledger's dry sense of humor despite the lack of words he has! Yes, the Cinematography's excellent! The movie and the lifestyle make more sense to those who have lived in or around rural southern/midwestern part of the country. It could appear offensive to some viewers at times; it did to me... but I simply ignored those parts, and have no words against them, because that's the way they have chosen!! Movie worth-watching, however I don't believe it will grab the best-movie Oscar award. 4 stars rating!!!

The movie is about gay people having intercourse(doggy style, what else). Furthermore, the movie shows animal cruelty. PETA is all over this. What this movie tries to suggest is that gay sex is in fact okay; that one's anus is not just an "exit" hole if you know what I mean;that same-sex affair is natural; that semen is protein rich. To prove their point, they in fact have gay penguins in some liberal zoo. What these whackos want to show is that homosexuality is found among animals. March of the Penguin in fact proves the exact opposite. This movie shows how much Penguins care for their younguns. Furthermore, this is Hollywood's way of promoting their homosexual agenda. This movie is for liberal fruitloops who love backdoor action. This movie is not for straight people. It is a political movie supported by the likes of George Clooney, of all traitors out there. From what I understand, Michael Moore the big, fat tub of lard, also makes a cameo appearance and is seen fellating the movie's protagonist. Furthermore, Al Franken has conceded that he masturbates to this movie. Barbara Streisand got so moved that she has finally admitted to having had a torrid lesbian affair with some playboy centerfold. We all knew she had lesbian proclivities. Our suspicion turned out to be true, of course. The movie involves tons and tons of moans and groans. It was like watching a gay porn. Lots of nudity and buttsex. This movie is appealing to three groups:
1. Metrosexuals who shave their pubes and get manicures and pedicures done.
2. Gay people like Richard Hatch. Yes, the same Richard Hatch who got charged for tax evasion.
3. Libertine liberal nutjobs who 1)have experimented with homosexuality, and 2) hate president George Bush the II.

Anybody who watches this movie ought to be eyed with suspicion.

Sanmdhun bro, I just finished my St Petersburg trip and back home..and its somewhere in NORTHERN Europe, people call it Scandanivia.

Annie Proulx's story can not be bad, and Ang Lee, the director of Brokeback Mountain, won Golden Globe Award for this movie. I think, it is worth watching.
