I am looking for a sincere suggestion/experience regarding the "Proof of Language Proficiency" for Imigration to Canada as a Skilled worker. I took Toefl like 5 years ago and I am in US for the last four year. Do I have to take English Language test ? I can have my advisor write a letter about my English Profiency. If any one here in Sajha has gone through this situtaion, Could you share your experience/ Suggestion? Thanks in Advance

write a letter to canada consulate with proof that you don't need a "Proof of Language Proficiency". If you degree from US then you might have taken few English classes.. you can write that on your letter.........Just a Thought
