Hi guys,, I am in need of fact. Is there any Exempt quotas available for Nursing or they have to go through like regular H1 process? Actually, I just passed Nclex exam and I just got Nursing License here. My question is that is there any chance to get H1 based on this or I have to go through like general H1 process?

I always see that H1C is for some years in the past. Like in the link above, it says H1C was for the years 2000-2004. Is this just because they have not updated the info? I mean, is this H1C valid for current and future years too?

Londonbridge, If any non-profil hospital applies for your H1B, then you do not have to go through the quota system. All non-profit and educational hospitals/institutions/companies etc can apply H1b for their foreign employees anytime regardless of the quota and the get approved quickly also and can be used immediately unlike regular H1bs where you have to wait till October 1st. So, if you have just finished Nursing license and are planning to work in a hospital, look out for a non-profit one. Good Luck!
